On the Franny web site you can email Jim Benton, the author.  He has done a lot of stuff, he even draws Happy Bunny.  I sent him an email.

Franny K. Stein, Mad Scientist, The Fran That Time Forgot ~ Jim Benton

Franny K. Stein, Mad Scientist is a series.  The Fran That Time Forgot is book four.

In this book, Franny invents a project to win the Science Fair.  When she wins, the principal announces her full name, Franny Kissypie Stein.  Franny decided she would make a watch-like time machine and go to the past to change her middle name.

I think this is the fourth best book in all the world.  My favorite part was when the principal announced her middle name.  In this book, my favorite character is Franny, she is a little more evil in this one than in the other book.

I give this 6 out of 5...  I really, really loved this book!

Franny K. Stein, Mad Scientist, Attack of the 50-ft. Cupid ~ Jim Benton

Franny K. Stein, Mad Scientist is a series.  This book, Attack of the 50-ft. Cupid, is the second of the series.  I wish I had the whole series, but the library only has a few.

This is the second best book in the world!  It's about a little girl who is a mad scientist.  She gets a dog and he accidently makes a cupid with one of the machines she had made.  Then, he hit another button on another machine and made it a 50 foot cupid.

My favorite part was when Igor, the dog, bit the cupid's giant rear-end to save Franny.  Igor is my favorite character, because he is sort of disgusting.  He has fleas and ticks all over him.

I think every one should read these books!  5 out of 5!

How to Dig a Hole to the Other Side of the World ~ Faith McNulty

I liked this book.  It explained how you could dig to the other side of the Earth.  It showed what you would have to use, what you would have to dig through and where you would end up.  My favorite part was when you dig through the lava in a fire proof submarine.  I also like that it told you how to get back home again, without having to dig a new hole.
